December 12th Meeting

We had fun learning about safety around the home. They made a list of emergency and non-emergency phone numbers and also a list of chores to do around the house. We talked about what to do if someone comes to the door and how to answer the phone. It was funny to see how unaccustomed this generation of kids are to answering the phone since most of us carry cell phones and the "house phone" has become a thing of the past. We wrapped things up with a spirited paper airplane contest. We will be working on a plan for meeting in the new year and should have that posted sometime during the last week of December. There will be no more den meetings until January so have a happy holidays and see you next year.

December 5th Meeting

We had a good den meeting. Worked on some optional objectives (Machine Power) and also took some time to write a Christmas card to a wounded veteran. Our next meeting will be on December 12 at 6:00 at our house. Thanks!

November 14th Meeting

Hey All, We worked on Wolf Achievement 3: Keep Body Healthy. We passed it all off except the requirement to keep a log for 2 weeks. Here is a link to a chart that can help you complete this requirement: http://img.docstoccdn.com/thumb/orig/11037904.png. All the boys who bring their chart filled out next meeting will get a treat! We also did some of elective 1. The strategy is to go through the Wolf Achievements in order with some electives mixed in. If they've finished 1 through 3 they will get a bead at the next pack meeting.
